If your product is in the same condition as when you received it, you can return it within 14 days. You can process the product you want to return or exchange with MNG Kargo by typing the information requested in the blank space in the request form inside your cargo package.

*The cost of the cargo sent by Dilara Acar Collection is covered by the buyer. The cost of the cargo sent for return or exchange is covered by the sender.

All online purchases from Dilara Acar Collection, except the products prepared to order, will be shipped within 2-7 business days.

Products prepared to order have a 15-day sewing period. These products are mentioned in the product description. It will be delivered to you within 1 week following the delivery date specified on the sales page of the relevant product. Your cargo tracking number for the shipped products will be notified to you when your package is on its way.
