2. Contract Product Information

3. Delivery
The product or products subject to the contract will be delivered to the cargo within 2-7 business days following the confirmation of the online order and payment, and will be delivered to the customer within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days following the delivery to the cargo. Products prepared to order have a 15-day sewing period. These products are mentioned in the product description. It will be delivered to you within 1 week following the delivery date specified on the sales page of the relevant product. Your cargo tracking number for the shipped products will be notified to you when your package is on its way.
4.Right of Withdrawal
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by rejecting the products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product or products subject to the contract to you or to the person/organization at the address you have indicated, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason. Expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the Seller.
Your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made to the Seller at the contact addresses specified below within 14 (fourteen) days following the delivery.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product cover seal must not be opened. Due to its nature, the product is a product that comes into contact with the mouth, therefore products whose lids are opened will be considered used. Returns of used products will not be accepted as they are not suitable for health or hygiene reasons.

5. Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised
Products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, and whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery, and all used textile products.
6. Dispute
In case of any dispute arising from the contract, you can apply to consumer arbitration committees within the following monetary limits.
The upper monetary limit for applying to district consumer arbitration committees is 2,320 Turkish Liras.
The monetary limit for applying to provincial consumer arbitration committees in provinces with metropolitan status is between 2,320 Turkish Liras and 3,480 Turkish Liras.
The upper monetary limit for applications to provincial consumer arbitration committees in the centers of provinces that do not have metropolitan status is 3,480 Turkish Liras.
In districts of provinces that do not have metropolitan status, the monetary limit for applying to provincial consumer arbitration committees is between 2,320 Turkish Liras and 3,480 Turkish Liras.
These monetary limits are determined by the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and are updated by increasing the revaluation rate determined and announced at the beginning of each calendar year in accordance with the provisions of Article 298 of the Tax Procedure Law No. 213.
For disputes over the specified amounts, you can apply to the Consumer Court of your location.

Dispute Resolution
In determining the competent and competent authority in disputes arising from this Agreement, the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 will be taken as basis.
