You can pay by credit card or money transfer. We do not have a payment option at the door.
3-When will my order be shipped? Which cargo do you work with?
If your order is custom made; It will be delivered to the cargo within 2 - 7 business days after the end of this period.
For products that do not have a sewing time, your order will be shipped within 2 - 4 business days after receiving order confirmation.
All domestic orders are sent via MNG Cargo.
4-How can one find out which products are in their planting period?
In the product description section, information is given as to whether the product has a production period or how many days it is.

7- Is there a shipping fee for international shipments?
Yes, for orders placed from abroad, a shipping fee of 700 TL will be reflected in your order basket. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are your responsibility.

Yes, you can pick up the product you purchased from our site from the store.

9- Can I exchange or return the product I bought online in the store?
Yes, you can exchange and return from our store.
10- Will I pay the shipping fee for the products I send for return or exchange?
Yes, shipping costs for exchanges and returns belong to the customer. All cargo sent by us belongs to us.
11- How long does the refund take after the return?
After your return reaches the warehouse, it is checked whether it complies with the return conditions and the return process for products eligible for return is completed within 10 business days. After the refund is made by us, the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account varies depending on bank processes. You can track your refunds by contacting your bank.
